Once the excursion is arranged and the customer accepts the offer, the agency sends the bank account details for payment, and the guest then makes the payment from account to account.

For each excursion, it is necessary to enter the number of guests, their age and the date of the excursion.

You can check the status of your excursion at any time via phone, email, or the contact us form.

Depending on the package you choose, it will be indicated whether the excursion is insured or not. After the payment is made, cancellation by the guest is not possible. If the excursion is not feasible for any reason, the full payment will be refunded to the guest's account.

Depending on the excursion you choose, however, most excursions are available from May 1st to October 1st.
